Intel Science Talent Search

The scholarship money is awarded to one lucky college student every year. This is one of the most prestigious and popular awards for computer science students. A total of $100,000 is awarded to lucky students each year in the name of science talent search.

WSCPA Scholarships for Accounting Majors

The $2,000 scholarship is another useful source of receiving financial support for accounting majors. The Washington CPA foundation awards the scholarship to 20 students every year. Applying candidates must have a minimum of 3.0 GPA in accounting courses. Winners of this college funding program are decided on the basis of on-campus and off-campus community service, work history, recommendation letter and professional excellence. Frank L Greathouse Government Accounting Scholarship

The $10,000 scholarship is provided to students pursuing a master's degree (full time) in government finance. Winners of this program are awarded the scholarship at the annual conference of the Government Finance Officer's Association. The Girard Miller Foundation funds this accounting scholarship for college students.

A.A. and Hattie Mae Bush Accounting Scholarship

The scholarship program was set up by A.A. and Hattie Mae Bush to encourage college students pursuing an accounting major. The program offers financial support to college students of the northernmost Texas Panhandle. A minimum of 2.5 accumulative GPA is required to apply for this financial aid program.
