Intel Science Talent Search

The scholarship money is awarded to one lucky college student every year. This is one of the most prestigious and popular awards for computer science students. A total of $100,000 is awarded to lucky students each year in the name of science talent search.

NFB Computer Science Scholarships

The scholarship awards free college money to college students who are legally blind in both eyes. The NFB gives away the money at its national convention in the month of July every year. Candidates applying for these scholarships need to be a resident of the United States, the District of Coulmbia or Puerto Rico and should plan to pursue a degree program from a college or university in the United States.

Chicago Police and Firefighter Training Academy Scholarship

This criminal justice scholarship is provided by the Chicago Police and Firefighter Training Academy (CPFTA). The 2-year free college money is offered to cadets of the 4-year program. To be able to receive this scholarship, candidates need to fulfill the specific eligibility criteria of the CPFTA. Winners of this scholarship will be able to attend one of the city colleges in Chicago and pursue their dream careers in criminal justice. The application deadline and the amount of the award money may vary.
